## Contribution at a 10% target

Using the default contribution per missing Emirati.

| Skilled staff / Emiratis | Emiratis required | Shortfall | Annual financial contribution |
| --- | --- | --- | --- |
| 60 / 2 | 6 | 4 | AED 480,000.00 |
| 120 / 6 | 12 | 6 | AED 720,000.00 |
| 300 / 30 | 30 | 0 | AED 0.00 |

Contributions are collected in instalments; hiring through Nafis can reduce costs further.

## How the target is counted

The target applies to skilled jobs (MoHRE skill levels 1 to 3). Emiratis must be registered with the pension authority and paid through WPS to count. Fake Emiratisation (hiring on paper) carries heavy fines. The figures change each year, so the calculator lets you edit the target and contribution.

## Legal basis

- Cabinet Resolution No. 19 of 2022 and subsequent MoHRE decisions on Emiratisation (https://www.mohre.gov.ae/en/laws-and-regulations/laws.aspx)
