What is Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax (DMTT)?
The Domestic Minimum Top-up Tax brings the UAE effective tax rate of multinational groups with EUR 750 million or more in revenue up to 15%, from 1 January 2025.
It follows the OECD Pillar Two rules and does not affect SMEs.
