IFRS for SMEs is a simplified version of International Financial Reporting Standards that UAE businesses with revenue of AED 50 million or less may use for the financial statements behind their corporate tax return.
Larger businesses use full IFRS. Either way, the tax computation starts from IFRS accounting profit.
