UAE corporate tax registration deadline checker

UAE companies set up before 1 March 2024 had to register for corporate tax by a 2024 date set by the month their licence was issued (for example, January or February licences by 31 May 2024). Companies set up on or after 1 March 2024 must register within 3 months of incorporation. Individuals whose business turnover passes AED 1 million register by 31 March of the following year. Missing the deadline costs AED 10,000.
